Can You Deliver My Order Within 5 Days?

Yes, we can deliver your order within 5 days. But it is paid express service where we deliver your order within 3-5 business days (it may vary country to country). As we have stated it is paid so you need to pay extra few bucks during transaction. After adding items into the cart please selects shipping method “Express” and check out.

If you selected “Economy service” while transaction It will take 10-15 business days from shipping date to deliver your item. You can track your order through our “Track Order” link which is available at bottom of the site. If you still don’t find your parcel after estimate delivery, you just drop an email on info@royalfurnish.com

 

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You just need to visit your track order page and you will find an option “Cancel This Order” option please click on it. But whenever you send cancellation request, it occur transaction fee that will be deducted from the amount.

 

I Sign Up On Website But Don’t Find Order In My Account?

Did you sign up with same email account which is associated with your PayPal account? If yes, then you will find your order into your account. If transaction email id is different from sign up email account then you can’t see your order into your account as system automatically creates account of transaction email id. Hence, your PayPal email id must be same with sign up email id.

 

Can I Pick My Order From Your Warehouse?

We are sorry we don’t offer this service to our customers. We ship all the items through economy service (India Post) and express service (UPS/DHL/FedEx). If you want to get items early please select express service instead of economy during transaction to get items within 3-5 business days.

 

Would You Pay Back If Item Is Not Delivered Within 3-5 Business Days With Express Service?

There are two things required to view order status first email id (transaction email id) and second order no (you get it in order confirmation email). Go to bottom of the page and find “Track Order” link and click on it and enter both details and get order status detail.

 

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

You have only 14 days time period to return an item if you are not happy with an item. We would like to strongly mention here item must be unworn and in resalable condition and return postage will be on you. If we found the item is not resalable condition we have full right to deduct an appropriate amount from your amount.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

You can change delivery address until your item is shipped. Once item is shipped out from our warehouse we are unable to change delivery address. We would recommend you please change delivery address soon after you place order on the site. Once transaction is done PayPal redirects you on Royal Furnish where you find an option “Change address” click on it and change delivery address. If item is shipped this option will not highlight.

 

If Any Item Get Out Of Stock Or Sold Out And Want To Order The Same Item What Should I Do?

If you missed your favourite item you can use an option “Ask a question” which is available on the product listing page. Post your question along with your name and email id. Our team will give you estimated time for the stock of particular item and when it will come we will notify to you through email.

First of all, you must notify us immediately via email at the same day after receiving the order with attached photos of broken/damaged item so that we will look into the matter.
