RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Welcome to Royalfurnish.com We pride ourselves in our product quality control. We offer you comprehensive 30 Days return policy that boost your confidence to shopping with us.

  • We manage comprehensive 30 days return policy where you return item within 30 days of delivery and we give you partial refund or exchange. We will arrange the refund once we receive the parcel from you, however we will deduct part of the refund as compensation for our shipping fee.
  • If you want to return or exchange the item you will have to email us at info@royalfurnish.com within 10 days of delivery and subject must be "Return Item" so that we can provide you with a return address.
  • If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected.
  • All items must be returned into their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  • You just placed order on our website and now want to cancel the order. Visit your order detail /track order page where you will find “Cancel The Order” option Please click on it. One pop-up message appears on screen (Please read cancellation T&C carefully). If you do agree with cancellation terms and condition please write reason of cancellation after that click ok. We have received your cancellation request.
  • If item is shipped and you wish to cancel your order. Please write email to us first with subject line "Cancel Order No - " at info@royalfurnish.com If it is shipped, we want you please wait until it reached to you. If the item is sent through economy shipping we want you please not to accept the parcel so that economy postal service will return the item back to us and we will refund you as soon we receive it at our warehouse. (Shipping cost will not be refunded). If item is sent through express service or other courier service please contact us for return address and when it is reached to you please receive the parcel and return it unopened to the address that we have provided.
  • Please do not ship the parcel via any kind of express shipping or courier mailing service. If you do so and customs fees are imposed, we will not be responsible for fee payment. Please only use the standard local postal service(EMS).
  • Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: "Product Return to seller - $0 value".

IF PARCEL NOT RECEIVED AND RETURNED BACK TO US

Economy service provider attempt to deliver your parcel and if they do not find authorize recipients they leave notice at your home and if you do not claim on your parcel it is returned back to us within certain time period. Usually it is 14 days time period. In such case you will liable to pay shipping cost again to us in order to dispatch returned parcel again on your address.
